How to change the menu appearance in a gui created by GUIDE

Is there a method to change the menu appearance (e.g. fontsize) in a gui created by GUIDE?

Not in R2025a and later because it doesn't allow changes to GUIDE guis. But for earlier versions, I think all the pulldown menu appearances are controlled by the fonts in your operating system's font setting / window appearance application. But changing them there would make the change for all the applications, not just MATLAB or your specific program's GUI.

You can make limited changes by coding (for example)

set(groot, 'DefaultTextFontSize', 14)
