EPA's ALPHA Tool Error

Has anyone tried to use EPA's Advanced Light-Duty Powertrain and Hybrid Analysis (ALPHA) Tool ?

I downloaded this tool from their website and tried to use it. However an error stopped the simulation. Below are the message appeared.

Making simulation target "ALPHA_v1p0_sfun", ... 

'ALPHA_v1p0_sfun.bat' is not recognized as an internal or external command, 
operable program or batch file. 

Error using sim_ftp (line 41)
Error using targetman>throw_make_error (line 588)
(SLSF Diagnostic)

Error in run (line 74)
    evalin('caller',[script ';']);

This tool is a full vehicle simulator in the MATLAB/Simulink environment created by EPA for the LD GHG regulatory analysis purposes. I thought it should work well and don't know why the error appeared.

Can someone help me look into it?

It tried to make a system call to execute the file ALPHA_V1p0_sfun.bat but the system could not find the file on the system path for some reason.

I do not have an MS Windows system in service, so I cannot test this.
