unable to download files from matlab online

Hello, I'm currently processing data from Matlab Online,

and when I try to download resulting plot images(jpg, png,,,), using right-click > download,

the page "page not found" opens.

It never happened before, only recently I'm confronted with such error.

What could be done?

I cannot reproduce the issue with my own images in MATLAB Online. Does the issue persist? If so, can you share your image to reproduce the issue?

If you have Windows 11, you may need to re-boot your computer. Micro$oft may be corrupting your Windows installation, as it persists in doing to mine. Sometimes re-booting (usually requiring several re-boots in succession) can clear up these problems.

@Angelo Yeo Unfortunately, I still cannot download, as well as every other images and other kinds of files I previously produced. Seems like downloading function does not work.

What should I do to 'share my image to reproduce the issue'?

@Star Strider I have my computers with Win 10&11 and running Matlab Online on Google Chrome, and this issue seems to bother both of them. Tried rebooting several times, but it did not solve for my case. Thanks :)

Datapoint: I am using MacOS (Intel). When I right-click a file in the files browser of MATLAB Online, and ask to Download it, then it works fine, on both Firefox and Chrome.

I wasn't able to duplicate on a Win 11 machine using chrome.

As a workaround, have you installed MATLAB Drive Connector? This will sync you MATLAB Drive folder to a local folder on your computer.
