Have curve fitting toolbox, smooth function is saying "unrecognized method"

I'm trying to use the smooth function, with the curve fitting toolbox installed, but I'm getting an error saying "Unrecognized method". How do I fix this?

Can you show a small sample of code (say no more than a dozen lines) where you're trying to call smooth and show us the full and exact error and/or warning messages you receive (all the text displayed in red and/or orange in the Command Window) when you run that code?
