Request for step-by-step video or tutorials for green hydrogen production from wind power including modelling, simulation and optimization

I have master's thesis on green hydrogen production from wind power and integration with combined heat power engines including modelling, simulation and optimization. The model will be as follows:

1. Hydrogen will be produced from wind power or grid power via electrolyzer.
2. Hydrogen will be compressed if necessary and stored in the storage tank.
3. Hydrogen will be mixed with natural gas.
4. This blended gas or pure Hydrogen will be used for CHP engines to produce heat and power.

I want construct a model, simulate it and optimize it using MATLAB/Simulink.

Could you please suggest me how should I proceed, suggest me some step by step video or tutorials regarding my project??

Following step-by-step tutorials would sound to be incompatible with it being a Master's thesis. For Master's thesis, it would be expected that the thesis is largely your own work.

Since I am still learning MATLAB/Simulink, any tutorials or guidelines related to my aforementioned work would be greatly beneficial for me to progress smoothly. This is exactly what I was looking for.
