Information needed to identify your computer is missing or invalid.

While attempting to install MATLAB on a second system using the same license, I get the error: "Information needed to identify your computer is missing or invalid." The need is for the customer to be able to access MATLAB on both her classified and unclassified systems. This error is blocking us. Any advice is appreciated.
