354: No more machine transfer available (R2023b)

55 views (last 30 days)
How can I proceed witht the installation if I encounter this error (354: No more machine transfer available). I have unisntalled my Matlab in other device, and currently, none of my laptops have activated Matlab installed. Hence, I can no longer use my license even if its expiry is on May 2024. I hope you can help. Thanks!

Hi Stanley,
I undersrand that you installed MATLAB on a different device, and are unable to use your license.
The Terms of Use place a limit on the number of times you are allowed to transfer the licenses between machines in a time period. If you exceed that limit you may get the error you indicate.
You should contact MathWorks support to resolve this issue. You can contact the support team using the following link:
You can find this issue being addressed in the following MATLAB Answer:
Hope this helps!

Thank you for finding time to answer, but I have exhausted this means of contacting the Mathworks support. However, I was always directed to my local supplier who can't resolve my problem,a s they have apparently limited access to my license account.
