Dimensional analysis fail for reaction on simbiology

I have already tried adjusting the units of the reactants and parameters, but I still receive an error message. I'm not sure where the issue is.

I attempted to simulate recombinase polymerase amplification, and I have already found the necessary ODEs for simulation.

The first term of the rate rule in the first screenshot you sent (or rate rule #2 in your second post) is not dimensionally consistent with the left-hand side.
You get molarity/time=mole/volume/time for the left-hand side and for the term of the right-hand side:
(dimensionless/dimensionless) * (1/(molarity*time)) * mole * molarity = mole/time

It looks like this was answered in a comment on the question. I'll paste it here for completeness:
