x = t.^2/0.02;
y = (t.*(t+0.43))/0.08;
z = (t.*(t+0.47))/0.07;

The default increment of the : operator is 1 . Your second value is less than the first value plus the increment of 1 so the first value is the only one in range.
The : operator does not mean "the entire range of values between the start point and the end point". The : operator is specifically starting at a value, adding an increment to it, adding an increment to that, adding an increment to the previous, and so on until you would exceed the endpoint.
