Have been trying many time by updating the licenses still got Error.

I have tried all the ways in this link to solve the issue but it didn't work for me:
I'm using a virtual-machine of ubuntu and trying to aactivate matlab with ndividual and Campus-Wide license,
Here is my terminal:
lee@C:~$ sudo matlab
MATLAB is selecting SOFTWARE OPENGL rendering.
License checkout failed.
License Manager Error -9
Your username does not match the username in the license file.
To run on this computer, you must run the Activation client to reactivate your license.
Troubleshoot this issue by visiting:

Diagnostic Information:

Do not activate against root and do not sudo to run matlab. Activate against the user name lee. You can, if you need to, sudo the installation executable and activation executable in order to write the files in places "lee" account cannot write, but be sure to name lee as the account.
