We don't know unless you give us the equation for F2. This is all we can do until you improve your question:
N = 10 : 10 : 100;
F1 = ones(1, length(N));
plot(N, F1, 'rs-', 'LineWidth', 2, 'MarkerSize', 8)
grid on;
fontSize = 18;
xlabel('N', 'fontSize', fontSize)
ylabel('F', 'fontSize', fontSize);
