generate impulsive noise with 5G waveform simulink

Hello, i want to generate many impulsive noise in one 5G waveform and we have only Discrete impulse block in simulink 2022 any idea for the problem?

You can add the result of several impulse noise blocks together.
(It might take extra work to ensure that the impulses do not overlap, if that is a requirement.)
