Use matlab to write code to calculate fluid dynamic problem

There are parameters such as internal diameter(abbreviated as id,in),internal area(ft^2),flow rate(gpm at 7ft/min),reynolds number, pressure drop(psi/100ft) in the attached table, and it uses the imperial unit. I would like to ask how to write code in Matlab to express the relationship between each other and draw? I originally checked To be able to use Hagen-Poiseuille's law, but because the Reynolds number in the table is very large, the HP law should not be used, maybe the Darcy–Weisbach equation can be used, but I don't know how to express these parameters and use the imperial unit as attatched table?

Thanks in advance!

@Star Strider just might happen to know something about this topic. But if not, then you will probably need to research the topic yourself.
