how can I get the basic program behind a MATLAB GUI?

Hi, I have a GUI MatLab code with its source .m file (GUI .m files) which asks for a input file and also asks for creating a rectangular box (visually) and then exports another file. I have to do this severeal times for more than 1500 files and it sucks! I was wondering how can I make it a GUI code manually. I want to remove all GUI futures, because the size of the box and all parameters are the same for all 1500 files. I am not enough expert to do that and I would appreciate it if someone help me.
Thank you.

My first step would probably be to ask the person from whom you obtained the GUI if there is a programmatic API to the function that implements the algorithm. This may be a function that the GUI calls internally but that the developer of that GUI never documented for use by users of the GUI.

Thank you for the comment. I thought there may be a way for do that. So, I will ask him as well.
I had to do exactly this once when I needed a keystone correction. Writing a nice email to the author of the code, along with a promise not to publish it elsewhere did the trick.
Thank you for your comment. I think by doing this I can save my time too. Thanks.

Thank you for your comment and suggestion, but I am looking to know how can I input parameters to a GUI code manually. For instance, GUI asks for importing a file. I want to address the file manually to the code and set some parameters manually.
OK, if you don't like the GUIDE version, here is an App Designer version. Adapt it as needed. Just put on whatever controls you want (edit fields, sliders, or whatever).
Thank you, I will work on it to see if I could control the GUI that I have or not.
