Program isn't going to Steady State...

I am doing a turning simulation for vehicle dynamics, and after a step input of delta, the non-linear system should reach steady-state, but mine never quite does. Any suggestions as to where my problem might be? I feel like my program looks good and am having a tough time spotting the error.

??? Input argument "Program" is undefined.
Without posting your program it is absolutely impossible to create any valuable answer.
Jan, you are wrong. There is a very, very small, but finite chance:

Close, Jan, but the real problem was in using v instead of vhat.
Make sure it is plugged in.
Simulations of electric cars have simulations of batteries.
