I am using Real-Time Scope (Scope Type - Host), but after building the code and load it in Simulink Real-time Explorer (SLRT). I am not able to see scope window in SLRT (attached photo)
I tried to bring scope from Windows tabs, but still I am unable to access it.
Please, let me know if I am missing anything while code generation or my settings of SLRT are changed? How I can able to see Scopes window in SLRT.

In the View menu (or Windows?) you should find an option to open the Scopes pane.
Once the Scopes pane shows up, you should see the host scopes created in your model, and you can also add new scopes.
I recommend to upgrade to a newer MATLAB release, as there are better instrumentation options with Simulation Data Inspector and App Designer.
