How to solve Maximum coverage problem using genetic algorithm?

Hello, I am trying to solve maximum coverage problem using genetic algorithm. I am having multiple problems! So i will attach my file here so you can have a look into my code. I am very new to matlab so i really do not even understand the mistake i am making. Can you help identfy my problems and try to solve it?
