Matlab License payment could not be processed . I have tried many times .How to complete it . I have used my trial period. Please tell me .

Hello
I have used trial period for matlab . But now i am trying to purchase license for matlab (student version) but i stuck at the billing stage that could not be processed . How to complete it ? Please help

sorry, the volunteers who answer questions here do not have access to the license database and are not able to assist with this. You will need to contact Mathworks Sales.
