How would I generate symbolically the time function

f(t)=0.0065-0.00024 e-2.5t cos(21t)+0.057 e-2.5t sin(23t) -0.0071e-8t

Is 0.00024 e-2.5t intended to mean (0.0024 * 10^(-24)) - (2.5 * t), or is it intended to mean (0.00024) * exp(-2.5 * t) or something else? What does the cos(21*t) multiply ? Please rewrite your expression to be clearer.

F = @(t)t^2+cos(t);

How did I get to this?? This is how you define mathematical functions symbolically. I just defined a random function not the one you asked.
