Gia-Minh Hoang received the M.Sc. degree in electronics and telecommunications from the University of Rennes 1, Rennes, France, in 2014. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in electronics and communications with Télécom ParisTech, Paris, France, jointly prepared at the French Commission for Alternative and Atomic Energies, Grenoble, France, and EURECOM, Sophia Antipolis, France. He worked on location-enabled wireless body area networks as a Research Assistant with the French Institute for Research in Computer Science and Automation and the French Institute for Research in IT and Random Systems during 2013 - 2014. His current research interests include various aspects of mobile communications and localization for intelligent transport systems.
