Calculates Fresnel Sine and Cosine Integrals for any arbitrary integration interval.

It calculates Fresnel Sine and Cosine Integrals for any arbitrary integration interval [a, b]. Using MATLAB QUAD Function, some strange peaks appear for large values of b.
A comparison with a similar function FRESNEL submitted by J.N.McElwaine shows a good matching, even if the latter works only with a = 0.
