From a seed file (code.wav), decode the audio file (Bell 202 format) into a binary stream and then convert the binary stream into a decimal vector (uint8) that should be hashed using SHA - 224, 256, 384, or 514 based on the function input. Output the hexadecimal hash (in lower case).
