When using the 2D Fourier Transform, it's good practice to put the point 0,0 at the middle of the grid, and not at the corner (which will create artifacts). Therefore, a better grid than the one shown at the test suite would be meshgrid((1-N)/2:(N-1)/2,(1-N)/2:(N-1)/2) (for an odd N).
