windChill = 35.7 + 0.6T - 35.7W^0.16 + 0.43TW^0.16
Complete the function to compute wind chill. Note: While math notation uses abutment for multiplication, as in 5y, MATLAB requires use of * when multiplying items, as in 5*y.
