Problem 1465. Generalized Laguerre polynomials

Given an integer n ≥ 0 and a scalar a, generate the n-th Generalized Laguerre polynomial of association degree a.

For simplicity, assume that a is a non-negative integer.

Examples:

 genLaguerrePoly(0,1)
 ans =
     1 
 genLaguerrePoly(1,1)
 ans =
     -1    2 
 genLaguerrePoly(2,1)
 ans =
     0.5  -3    3

Neither string operations nor interpolations are allowed!
