zizo,
Please start using better titles for your questions. I have already restated 3 of yours today, and I am pretty sure Walter did another.
help me
is NOT a good title for a question! This question should be titled something like:
How do I solve a system of equations in MATLAB?
Or just about anything else than: help me

The notation in the first line is unclear: in particular the parts in round brackets could mean some kind of function application, or could mean multiplication. The (1.2) at the end might multiply the entire last term, or might multiply the theta with the cos being taken of the multiple. It is not obvious to me what relationship the first line has to the other lines.
The second through last line do not need to be "solved": they consist of definitions and derivations from the definitions. If you start with that second line, the last line is what you end up with.
