Voltage signal is doubled while using SL-RF and RF-SL ports

When I design a model using SL-RF and RF-SL ports, I see that the voltage is doubled after a ideal SL-RF and RF-SL pair as the attached image. Am I wrong somewhere?
In addition, is there any method to add the AWGN more properly? Thank you!
