I have two vectors from a siteviewer simulation in [Azimuth,Elevation] form, and I need the angle between these two.
AzEl1=[-126,89];
AzEl2=[12,3];
Thanks in advance.

Consider:
AzEl1 = [0 45];
AzEl2 = [45 0];
% put in vector form
a = [[cosd(AzEl1(1)) sind(AzEl1(1))] * cosd(AzEl1(2)) sind(AzEl1(2))];
b = [[cosd(AzEl2(1)) sind(AzEl2(1))] * cosd(AzEl2(2)) sind(AzEl2(2))];
th = acosd(dot(a,b))
This might be simpler with some other tools I'm unfamiliar with.
