create a 3D image out of 2D images with red color

Hi,

I am trying to make a 3D volume out of a few 2D images from confocal microscopy.

I am using the code:

This code turns the red color of the original images into gray. How can I fix it to keep the color of the original images? I have basic information on how to work with matlab so I would be grateful if you could help me how I should modify this code.

From my understanding, you want to create coloured 3D volume from 2D images. This can be done using volshow function, by setting the "Colormap" property of the volume to the required value.
