Good Afternoon,
I am doing a research on Lung Cancer Detection system and initially obtained lung CT scan dataset from https://www.kaggle.com/c/data-science-bowl-2017. I managed to create a progem read the dicom file, .dcm as the datasets consists of folders of patients and each patients have multiple slices. This is based on https://uk.mathworks.com/help/images/create-image-datastore-containing-dicom-volumes.html.
Moreover, each the patients have been labeled, as having cancer (1) or not (0), stored in a csv file.
However, I am still confused on how can I feed them to the neural network with the label.

Hi,
You can specify the labels manually using the Labels property of the image datastore.
