How to Update Arduino PWM Frequency?

There is a way to change the Arduino Uno PWM frequency by editing the relevant registers in the void setup() in C as below:

TCCR0B = TCCR0B & B11111000 | B00000011;

I am trying to figure out how to edit the Arduino support package for MATLAB to implement this.
