How to input time series in a block parameter in Simulink?

I have a drive cycle of the battery i,e. Time versus Voltage data of the battery. The voltage was recorded every 5 min.

i have a inverter modeled in simulink. In Battery, in place of a single value of the battery, i'd want to input the time variable voltage of the battery. How can i do it?
