How do I select the particular region of the segmented image in MATLAB

1 view (last 30 days)
Hi, I'm new to MATLAB, need a little guidance on one problem.
I've a RGB image, which I've segmented out into different patches. Every region has a unique label. Now I want to select every region separately to further process, the selected pixels should be in RGB. I've labeled from 1 to 20 that are assigned to different pixels of an image
Here is a link of an segmented image.
Please help me on this.

Possible: Convert the image to binnary & trace the region?? If you can perform an operation on a binary image, its indexes can also be applied to color images.
Disclosure: I have not tried it yet.

Thank you Kalyan for your response. Are you talking about this? If yes, I did it but I'm not able to figure out how to use this because I need its RGB patch as an input to process it further.
