Hello everyone !
I had to install MATLAB for a University course but now that I passed it, I wanted to uninstall this software.
Everything is deleted, files and software but the MATLAB Drive icon won't delete from my file explorer which is quite anoying. (capture 1)
Moreover the capture 2 shows that windows can't find the file it is linked to when I click on it (sorry it's in french)
Can somebody help me ? ^^'
Thanks !

Hello!
I wanted to use and have Matlab Drive installed, but I didn't want the icon to show in my system explorer. For anyone searching for this and in my situation:
After that the Matlab Drive folder won't be shown in the windows file explorer :)
* Be careful when editing the windows registry, don't move anything unless you know what you are doing and make sure to make a backup before making any changes *

Did you install MATLAB Drive Connector? If so, it adds this folder on your computer, which syncs with your MATLAB Drive Online content. In Windows, the default location of this file is C:\Users\<userID>.
Uninstalling MATLAB or MATLAB Drive Connector does not remove this folder. The contents are files you created, and are not files related to running MATLAB. Think of this as being similar to a local Google Drive/Dropbox/One Drive folder.
See this answer for more on uninstalling Drive Connector. Once uninstalled, if you still can't delete this folder, consider contacting support.

3. (Optional) If you are on a shared computer, clear your cached account information by deleting the MATLABConnector folder. The default location for this folder is C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\MathWorks\MATLABConnector.
I'm not positive that will work, but it's a good place to start.
