Help with MatLab Sisotool's functions

Hi, I recently started to approach Matlab Sisotool and I have some troubles in using it. I'll explain better with an example.

Given the transfer function G(s)= 19/ [s^2 +20*s +19], the exercise wants me to calculate (using only Sisotool and not any MatLab code for these 4 "points"):

1- ramp following error below than 20%;

2- rejection to a step load disturbance;

3- maximum percentage overshoot below 25%;

4- bandwidth Wb ≥ 2 rad/s.

After designing the control strategy, check its performance in simulation by setting the signal in the figure below as a reference.
