Invalid OutputTimes specified in the Configuration Parameters dialog for block diagram

hello everyone!
i met the error "Invalid OutputTimes specified in the Configuration Parameters dialog for block diagram" while running the parameter estimation. it only shows for some paticular data. attached data is one of them.
any clew to solve the problem?
