@Lijo Jacob Varghese which release do you need the mdl for? And can you confirm that you definitely need mdl and not just an slx for an earlier release? For example are you needing to run the code with a release earlier than slx files existed at all?

If you have R2012a or a newer version, you can use 'Save As...' on the model to do the conversion.

Kaustubha mam, when we save as .slx to .MDL then sometime when we open that model in lower version then only whitewhite screen appear. So export it instead of save as.

        Hi Hany,
I came across your simulink files for the IEEE123
I was hoping you have more of these files especially the .m files
It would really help me out.

Here are the converted files. Be warned that all of them have problems. The m* file is missing nearly all connections. The PV is missing definitions for some of the signals needed in MPPT. The non-PV is missing inputs for the bottom left item.

That model cannot be converted to earlier than R2013a.
At the moment I am not sure if that is a limitation on export from the version I am using, or if it has to do with the blocks that are used.
The model has several problems:
- A fair number of GOTO blocks for which there is no corresponding FROM block
- even more FROM blocks for which there is no corresponding GOTO block
- division by 0 in a number of places, for a number of time samples. The situation looks as if there is division by values that have not had time to switch away from 0, and that the bad output appears to cause problems for future calculations
