exporting data from simBiology model analyser

Hello,

I am currently using the insulindemo from the Toolbox simBio and I followed the example showed here https://fr.mathworks.com/help/simbio/ug/simulating-the-glucose-insulin-response.html for a Type 2 diabetic.

I want to simulate a single meal for a Type 2 diabetic using a different values for some parameters. To do that I used the SimBiology model builder and analyser. However since I do not have so much experience using matlab, I have not been able to export the simulation data from the model analyser to a .csv file.

I would like to know how I can export the data from the simulation after modifying the values of certains parameters.
