I have a 100 by 3 matrix of a series and its confidence interval, what is the best way to plot this nicely in Matlab ?
I apologize in advance for the somewhat loose question, if anyone knows how to specify the colors of the plot to be blue, green, green that would also be fine.
Thank you
Basic code outline:
plot(x,[y1 c1 c2])

plot(x,y1,'b',x,c1,'r:',x,c2,'r:')
You will find all the information you need about formatting in the doc right here:

Thanks for solution but if you had any suggestions how to make it nicer that would be great :)
