Simbiology how to simulate multiple doses in different groups

Hi, it is a simple question.
I looking at simulating a 1 comp PK model for two groups. These two groups have different dose levels, and we have multiple doses (not just a single dose) for these groups.
How can I simulate that? I can't find anywhere where I can add the information about group so that I can define different dose schedules for different groups. I'm using matlab 2012b.
Thanks

I have two questions:
1) Are you using the SimBiology Desktop?
2) Is the only difference between the two groups the dosing?
If the answer to these two questions is yes, simply create two dosing schemes under Model => Doses and select the dosing scheme you want to use for your simulation. In case you have more differences than just the dosing between the groups you might consider creating variants and then select the dosing scheme you want to apply to each variant.
Are you aware of this document? http://www.mathworks.de/discovery/supporting-docs/using-simBiology-for-pharmacokinetic-and-mechanistic-modeling.pdf? It contains nice explanations of how certain things are done in SimBiology.

Thanks for your reply Ingrid. Not being a user too familiar with matlab I am struggling to understand what is going on with the simulations.
The answer to both your questions is yes. I took a look at the document you sent. I can do multiple dosing and set up a repeated or schedule dosing scheme, but I can't seem to be able to plot two dosing schemes on the same graph.
According to what you say, if I specify two dosing schemes under "doses", I should have the results I want. However I have only one graph as an output, and the result is the sum of the two dosing schemes I'm implementing. So there must be some way to tell the model the two dosing schemes correspond to different groups, so that it doesn't sum it into one single group? I couldn't figure out how to do that and could't find that info on the document you sent.
Thank you so much for your reply. Do you think you could help me figure out what is going wrong?
Camila.
Hello Camila,
My guess is that you selected both dosing schemes for the same simulation. Instead, just select one, press the run button, then select the other dosing scheme and press run again.
Thanks Ingrid... couldn't be simpler! :D Cheers!
