Inverse STFT discrete window sample times only. How to fix error of current continuous sample time.

Hi,

I am currently using Simulink to calculate the STFT, conduct some discrete median filtering and then calculate the ISTFT. I have got this working on a normal matlab script, however, porting it to simlink has proved to be more difficult than expected.

The error seems to come from the windowing, however, I am not entirely sure why.

Please do let me know if you understand how to resolve this.
