Why can I not find a student's submissions in the MATLAB Grader report?

In my MATLAB Grader assignment, I followed the instructions below to obtain a report of all student submissions:

However, I noticed that the submissions of one student are not showing up in the report. This is problematic because I can find the student's submissions by manually searching for them in each assignment problem page. Why is this happening and how can the issue be resolved?

The issue is occurring because the account associated with the submission is no longer actively enrolled in the MATLAB Grader course. The downloaded report only shows submissions associated with actively enrolled accounts.

If you believe the student should still be enrolled in the course, it is possible that they may have un-enrolled the original account and re-enrolled using a different email address. If this is the case, a workaround to this issue would be to re-enroll the original account into the MATLAB Grader course so that its submissions can be found by the report generator.
