Hello community! I am new to DLLs and all that crazy stuff, but I am trying to learn and use one. Specifically, I am trying to control a movement stage from Prior Scientific. The download to the SDK and DLLs are here (<http://prior.com/downloadcentre/documents/software/8.4.37%20x64.zip>) I am suing Matlab 2012a 64bit, and I verified I am using the 64bit dll. I am using the standard compilers and such in the Microsoft SDK (<http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8279>) When I try and load the dll, Matlab says it is not a valid Win32 application.
Do I have to somehow tell Matlab it is a 64 bit dll? Or is it something more complex with the dll?

How's the dll generated? How're you trying to load it in MATLAB? Are you using NET.addAssembly?
