Deactivate the callback functions under callback menu of block properties

I would like to deactivate all the writing/setting different callback functions under Callbacks menu of block properties in Simulink.

By this, i mean that when i right click on the block properties of a subblock and click the Callbacks menu, i want the list to be visible but they are deactivated and are not able to be selected and edit.

Is it possible with set_param()?

Can anyone help me on this?
