how to set default input language in matlab

Hi, this is more of an interface problem. I have 2 input languages installed on my win 7. every time i start matlab i have to change the language to english everywhere (editor, work space, even help). this is getting annoying, how can i set the default to be English ? is this a win 7 definition or a MATLAB ? thsnk
