Error message when trying to tune a PID controller

When trying to tune a PID controller in Simulink, I am encountering the following error. Does anyone have any suggestions on how this error can be resolved?

Hello,

To my understanding of the problem, you need to have installed Control System Toolbox and Simulink Control Design.You can download Control System Toolbox from here and Simulink Control Design from here.
