merge two fig files with plotted histograms

Hello comunity.

Please help me with the following issue. I failed to find suitable solution.

I need to combine two separate matlab figures into one, i.e. to place one on top of another.

Each histogram has its own color-code. In the resulted image it has to be both color-codes.
