How i get a Sharping in Matlab

Hello,

I'm doing my work right now. It's about changing the sharpness and contrast of the image in several steps using certain methods. I have to calculate the value for the contrast and sharpness after each step. unfortunately I haven't found anything about it yet.

Can anyone help me?? please :((((
