deep network design with 30 csv files.

I have 30 csv files which have 300X300 numerical data.

I want to put in deep network design such as Resnet 50 or googleNet.

but I know these are for images as input data.

How can I input them?

You can consider the matrices as images, and then resize them to the required size of the networks. However, this will work only if the pooling operation and the convolution operation are sensible on this data.
