installing NI VISA driver

Hi, I want to communicte with R&S ossciloscope using NI VISA interface

But when I tried to create visa object I am getting error

Error using visa (line 444)

Unable to create VISA object. The required drivers may not be installed properly.

Type 'instrhelp visa' for more information.

Error in Quick_control (line 14)

visaObj = visa('rs','TCPIP0::10.20.26.135::inst0');

I checked in Measurement And Tool there are no VISA drivers installed.

I also tried to install Hardware support package for NI VISA but couldn't downloaded.

Can someone tell me the steps for installing NI VISA drivers in MATLAB ?

You can also install the drivers from the NI site, I'm not sure if they also need to be installed: https://www.ni.com/en-us/support/downloads/drivers/download.ni-visa.html#346210

I also had gone through the first link previously, and also tried to install VISA using matlab package installer file, but can't able to download.

I will try to install NI VISA from NI site directly.
